Caregiver Needed – Dementia Care
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals with experience providing hands-on personal care and support for seniors, including clients living with dementia.
Flexible schedules available with part-time and full-time opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide standby assist with mobility and transfers
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Diaper changing and incontinence care
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support clients with dementia-related behaviors and routines
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Qualifications:
- Experience with dementia or memory care preferred
- Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Strong communication and caregiving skills
