Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, caring, and dedicated in-home caregivers to join our team. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients in a warm, home-like environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility
- Prepare meals and help with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
- Monitor clients’ health and report changes to supervisors or family
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible availability, including some weekends and overnight shifts
