CNA Caregiver

Do you have a heart for helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and comfortably at home? We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
    • Bathing
    • Dressing
    • Grooming
    • Toileting
    • Personal hygiene
  • Provide incontinence care, including diaper changes.
  • Assist with safe transfers, repositioning, and light lifting as needed.
  • Support mobility using proper body mechanics and transfer techniques.
  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
  • Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean environment.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Document care provided and communicate changes in client condition.

Qualifications:

  • Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience providing ADL assistance, incontinence care, and safe transfers.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients safely according to company guidelines.
  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred, if applicable).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
