Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and meaningful emotional support
• Provide medication reminders
• Deliver compassionate care for clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-related conditions
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Experience caring for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia is a plus
• Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
