About the Role:
We are seeking a strong, compassionate, and experienced Male Caregiver to support a male bedbound-client in West Hills. This position requires someone physically capable of lifting and transferring a heavy client and providing full personal care, including diaper changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, toileting, and diaper changes
• Perform safe transfers and lifting using proper techniques (client is heavy and requires strong physical support)
• Provide mobility assistance using a gait belt or lift equipment
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Provide companionship and emotional support

  Qualifications:

• Proven caregiving experience is preferred
• Comfortable providing full personal care, including diaper changes
• Physically strong and able to safely lift and transfer a heavy client
• Skilled in transferring and assisting with mobility
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
• Ability to work long hours (12 hours) and perform well under pressure
• Prior experience with similar care needs preferred
• Gait belt & Hoyer lift or transfer experience is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
